Why It Matters
We Identify Before
We Ever Clean
Most cleaning companies apply the same process to every carpet. We don’t. Wool requires different chemistry than nylon. Triexta behaves differently under heat than olefin. Natural stone can be permanently damaged by the wrong pH. Surface identification isn’t an upsell — it’s how we protect what you paid for.
“Every job starts with a full surface assessment at no additional charge. We identify your materials, assess soil level and stain type, and tell you exactly what we’re going to do — and why — before we begin“
Carpet Materials We Specialize In

Wool
Natural fiber — requires pH-neutral chemistry, low moisture, and gentle agitation. Highly sensitive to heat and alkaline products.

Nylon
Most durable synthetic fiber. Responds well to hot water extraction. Excellent stain resistance when properly protected.

Polyester
Soft and stain-resistant but prone to oil-based soiling. Requires appropriate degreasing chemistry and moderate heat.

Triexta
PTT-based fiber with exceptional resilience. Responds well to HWE but requires careful temperature management to preserve fiber integrity.

Olefin
Highly moisture and fade resistant. Prone to rapid re-soiling if over-wetted. Fast dry times are critical with this material.

Acrylic
Soft, wool-like appearance with synthetic durability. Generally responds well to standard HWE with pH-balanced chemistry.
Carpet Cleaning
Clean That Goes
Beyond the Surface
Hot water extraction removes what vacuums can’t — embedded soil, allergens, pet dander, and odor-causing bacteria locked deep in the fiber. Our commercial-grade equipment runs hotter and extracts more moisture than rental units, meaning cleaner results and faster dry times.
- Per-room pricing — up to 300 sq ft per room
- Full surface assessment included at no charge
- Air movers deployed on every job for faster dry times
- Same-day recommendations for follow-up treatments if needed

Treatment Add-Ons — What They Do
Each add-on addresses a specific issue. We’ll recommend the right ones during your assessment — never push treatments you don’t need.
HEPA Air Scrubbing
Hospital-grade HEPA filtration captures airborne allergens, dust, dander, and particulate matter stirred up during cleaning. Recommended for allergy sufferers.
Ozone / Hydroxyl Deodorizing
Commercial ozone or hydroxyl generation eliminates odor at the molecular level — not just masks it. Effective for pet, smoke, and deep biological odors.
Carpet Protection Treatment
Fluoropolymer-based protector applied after cleaning to resist future staining and soiling. Extends time between professional cleanings.

Hard Surface Cleaning
Every Hard Surface
Is Different. We Know That.
Tile and stone require pH-specific chemistry to avoid etching. Hardwood demands low moisture and proper agitation. LVP and LVT vary so much by product that we assess each job individually before quoting. We never apply a universal approach to materials that demand specificity.
- Tile & grout — ceramic, porcelain, stone mosaic
- Hardwood — solid and engineered
- LVP / LVT — individually assessed per product
- Natural stone — marble, travertine, slate, limestone
Hard Surface Pricing
Pricing is per square foot. All hard surface jobs include a full material assessment before work begins.
